As expectativas para o anúncio oficial do Google Pixel 3 e Pixel 3 XL continuam em alta, mas ainda não há uma data confirmada para que isso aconteça. Contudo, a Bloomberg revelou em uma matéria recente que fontes próximas do projeto informaram que o cronograma é de lançar o aparelho em 9 de outubro, com evento em Nova Iorque. A data é próxima de outros lançamentos da mesma linha, sendo que o Pixel 1 e o Pixel 2 foram, ambos, lançados em 4 de agosto. A diferença, contudo, seria o local: a Google l ançou seus dois primeiros modelos na Califórnia.

A verdade é que esta é basicamente a última informação a ser confirmada sobre o dispositivo, já que grande parte das especificações e outras informações já foram reveladas em vazamentos desde maio. Um deles, inclusive, apontava que o lançamento do Pixel 3 seria em 4 de outubro e não 9, como sugere a Bloomberg.

A expectativa é de que os aparelhos cheguem com tela OLED de 6,2 polegadas (Pixel 3 XL) e 5,4 (Pixel 3) e processador SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 845. Os dois modelos também terão um notch mais grosso que o criado pela Apple com o iPhone X. Outra peculiaridade deste aparelho é a escolha do sistema único de câmeras na parte traseira e a opção de utilizar o fone junto à saída USB-C, sem uma conectividade de áudio em 3,5 mm, o que deve tornar o smartphone mais fino.

Expectations for the official announcement of the Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are still high but there is still no confirmed date for that to happen. However, Bloomberg has revealed in a recent article that sources close to the project have said the timing is to launch the device Oct. 9 with an event in New York. The date is close to other releases of the same line, with Pixel 1 and Pixel 2 both being released on August 4. The difference, however, would be the location: Google l anchored its first two models in California.

The truth is that this is basically the latest information to be confirmed about the device, since much of the specs and other information have already been revealed in leaks since May. One of them even pointed out that the launch of Pixel 3 would be on October 4 and not 9, as Bloomberg suggests.

The devices are expected to come with 6.2-inch OLED screen (Pixel 3 XL) and 5.4 (Pixel 3) and SoC processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 845. The two models will also have a notch thicker than the one created by Apple with the iPhone X. Another peculiarity of this device is the choice of the unique camera system on the back and the option of using the handset next to the USB-C output, without audio connectivity in 3.5 mm, which should make the smartphone.
